Jane M. Szoch

Jane M. Szoch is an Executive Recruiter for KeySource HCI, LLC, with a special focus in the research and identification of highly qualified leadership candidates. Jane has an extensive IT background and a strong understanding of using technology to drive results. Jane utilizes her past experience in relationship-building and human resources to effectively facilitate the union between each client and candidate. By maintaining the flow of communication between clients and candidates, Jane is able to ensure that the recruiting process is as efficient as possible.

KeySource is a strategic business growth, management, and human capital consultancy company headquartered in Hudson, Ohio, which provides strategic services for clients that serve a broad array of defense and energy-related markets. KeySource HCI is a subsidiary focused on human capital investments that primarily identifies, attracts and retains leadership talent for growing and learning companies.

At KeySource, Jane is heavily involved in research efforts to develop an unequivocal grasp of the current issues, projects, and needs of each client. Concurrently, Jane applies an array of sourcing methods to quickly uncover both active and passive candidates for opportunities that fit their career paths. Jane maintains constant interaction with clients to ensure that all goals are being met while each search effort winds down. She also keeps each candidate informed of his or her status and works to manage the process of integrating a candidate into the client’s culture.

Prior to joining KeySource in 2005, Jane spent seven years as an IT developer implementing systems for companies such as DuPont -Toronto, Ingersoll Rand, Northeast Savings Bank, and USA GROUP, Inc (currently Sallie Mae).

While at USA GROUP, Inc., Jane transitioned into a Human Resources role as an IT Corporate Recruiter. Her responsibilities included developing recruiting strategies to support a rapidly growing IT division while reducing recruitment costs and increasing the pool of candidates from which the company would hire. To meet the company’s demands, Jane developed an 80-member Corporate Recruiting Group comprised of IT hiring managers, corporate recruiters, and university professors. Jane supported five departments within a 350-member IT division and was instrumental in hiring over 200 employees within two years.

After leaving USA Group, Jane initiated and built new client relationships while serving as an Account Executive for a large IT consulting firm in Indianapolis, Indiana. Additionally, she employed her unique blend of recruiting experience in a variety of environments and for a variety of technical and management disciplines by providing strategic recruitment services to various clients in Indiana and Ohio as an Independent contractor.

Jane possesses a Bachelor of Science in Computer Science from Westfield State College in Massachusetts with a minor in Business Administration and is finalizing her Professional Human Resources Certification which she will receive in May 2009.
