Business Growth Consulting: We help companies develop aggressive capture strategies for new business development. We support the development of strategic alliances and joint ventures for the pursuit of new business opportunities in defense and energy markets. We help managers and leaders clarify issues that are hindering their organization's success, and develop and implement strategies to overcome the barriers and capitalize on the opportunities.

Capture Planning & Management: KeySource has developed a management toolbox whereby we help companies develop successful capture strategies for new business growth. Facilitation: All meetings benefit from the services of a neutral facilitator to help develop an agenda with clear objectives, and then to keep the participants on track to achieve those objectives. We both design and facilitate meetings and conferences, and provide training to others on facilitative behavior and facilitator skills.
Assessment & Troubleshooting: Many groups and organizations often don't achieve their full potential for a variety of reasons. We consult with the group's manager and conduct sensing processes with employees to identify and clarify the issues that seem to be causing the drop in productivity. We then assist the group in developing strategies to better manage these issues, and conduct follow-up sessions to ensure that the strategies are helping.
Coaching: We provide one-on-one coaching services for employees, managers, leaders and executives regarding a variety of management and leadership skills and issues. The initial consultation discussion will clarify the issues and set up a goal-oriented coaching program tailored to those issues and to the individual.
Training: We provide a wide variety of training courses to address specific employee and organizational development issues.
