Corporate MOBIS Experience - Overview
Having developed best commercial practices as executive leaders with Fortune 500 companies over the past 20 years, our team has further honed those skills as The KeySource Group, Inc. (KeySource) in the past three years by serving blue-chip corporations with 102 MOBIS tasks on 29 projects requiring 27,041 hours of services valued at $2.9 million.
Our solutions are flexible and have the breadth to squarely address the organizational needs of our clients. During the past three years 22 or 75% of our projects involved three or more MOBIS-related tasks.
The KeySource PRIME Cost-Schedule Control System described in the Executive Summary underscores our strength in project management and the discipline of our accounting and operational controls. The benefit to clients is evidenced by our project performance:
- 100% of the 29 projects were accomplished at or below budget
- 100% were completed on or ahead of schedule
- 100% were deemed acceptable or better by our clients
Our excellence in project controls extends to safety and property control. Throughout the past three years, despite working 27,000 hours, many on high-hazard nuclear, industrial and manufacturing sites, our safety and property control records are without blemish:

Our skills in change management and organizational efficiency are current: 22 of the 29 projects, and 83 of the 102 MOBIS tasks associated with them, were accomplished in the past two years.
These projects, all of which were successfully completed, are demonstrative of the size and complexity of projects and tasks we propose to accomplish under a resultant MOBIS contract.
Of the 29 projects, the ten largest and most complex were all successfully accomplished within the past two years. These ten projects each averaged:
- 2,349 MOBIS-related hours
- 17 months in duration
- $258,424 in value
- 4.5 MOBIS tasks (SIN’s)
The KeySource Group’s flex option includes 38 subject matter experts through established strategic alliances and joint venture agreements across the six service areas we seek to offer the federal government. This flexibility has enabled us to respond to requests as focused as 19-day projects or as large as a three-year, $900,000 contract. Our top five projects have averaged nearly $400,000; required more than 3600 hours of professional services and averaged 24 months in duration.
