This is a rare opportunity for high-impact leadership and culture integration for an experienced human resources executive. The client is an international corporation and U.S. federal prime contractor, supplying products and services in the national security, energy, environmental and defense sectors. The client’s government services group is currently seeking a Chief Human Resources Executive. This high-profile role requires an individual with proven ability to critically review and improve systems focusing on the development and coordination of policies and programs, talent management, benefits, pay practices, and government compliance and reporting.
The position will report to the senior corporate executive responsible for multiple national security production facilities with employment levels of approximately 10,000 people and revenues exceeding $1B. The desired candidate must be capable of qualifying for a high-level security clearance and must have experience in organizational development, culture transformation and operational consolidation. This executive will be responsible to lead a diverse management team across multiple locations in organizational efficiency and effectiveness. This unique leadership position will have broad decision-making responsibility for improving organizational performance and leadership development.
