NUCLEAR, ENERGY, WASTE MANAGEMENT, & DEFENSE RETAINED EXECUTIVE RECRUITING

HCI has developed a unique offering devoted to the recruiting process, which has allowed us to support many large U.S. and International corporations with multiple-position recruiting services. Our approach is proven and demonstrates our wilingness to share risk and incentives in these critical talent acquisitions.

HCI Integrates two funamental recruitment principles:

1. Quality candidates lead to shorter fill times

HCI’s networking resources, updated talent banks, and qualification capabilities allow us to recruit benchmark candidates early in the search process, reducing our client’s overall interviewing, selection, and on-boarding timeframes. Our targeted approach results in hiring impact players who require minimal ramp up time and deliver consistent ongoing performance.

2. Shorter fill times lead to cost savings

HCI offers a unique business model by partnering with our clients to strengthen their ability to manage critical talent acquisition timelines, resulting in quicker project close-outs. Additionally, HCI has designed several pricing alternatives which regularly save our clients up to 25% off traditional retained recruitment fees.

Our cost effective offerings include:

Target Fee - Best for clients who have close interaction and control of an established time to fill requirement. Combining time and material hourly rates with a "success fee" upon hiring, this is HCI's most flexible, cost efficent and source effective offering.

Standard Retained Search - Best for clients whose timing/and or emergent needs to fill a position may not be as refined, for companies who traditionally use retained search firms and more suitable for single position hires.

Customized Services & Fee - Recognizing budget, resource, and timing constratints, HCI will develop a fee structure that best meets the client's needs.

Professional & Confidential: HCI recognizes the sensitivity often associated with strategic talent acquisitions. We educate our candidates on the client's organizational structure, culture, growth strategies, and career opportunities without exposing sensitive information. HCI practices professional courtesy by providing constructive candidate feedback and closes the loop on all potential applicants in a timely manner.

Tying it together: HCI collaborates with our clients to ensure that the necessary internal contracting and hiring processes are adhered to. This internal stakeholder alignment allows both the client and HCI to understand the roles and responsibilites necessary to be successful in the talent acquisition lifecycle.
