KeySource Services Incorporated, LLC ("KSI") provides management and professional services on a contract basis. KSI supplies highly-skilled and experienced subject-matter experts (technical, professional and management) under scope-based or level-of-effort term contracts.
KSI is the culminating element of the trust-based, solutions-oriented, management partnerships shared with its affiliate companies - The KeySource Group, Inc. and KeySource HCI. KSI's business premise is to provide its customers with subject matter experts who are critically important to project success covering short-term and specialized assignments while minimizing costs associated with direct full-time employees.
In addition, KSI maintains all personnel related business processes such as payroll and benefits administration on behalf of the workers, while managing their deployment to meet multiple customers' needs for specialized expertise and/or augmentation of their full-time staff.
